NERC 2025 will provide a vibrant forum for researchers, students, and industry professionals in the field of robotics. The colloquium will feature distinguished keynotes, rising star lightning talks, engaging poster sessions, valuable networking opportunities, and technical demonstrations.
This event aims to foster collaboration and showcase cutting-edge research among the leading robotics research institutions in the Northeast. It offers an exceptional platform for students and researchers to present their latest work and engage with the broader robotics community.

Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the on-line registration. Registration can be submitted by completing the on-line form. All fees are quoted in USD dollars.
Accepted papers will be presented in a poster presentation. Rising Star applicants will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.

Regular Registration: In order to receive the early bird registration fee, registrants must register and pay in full by September 10, 2025. If payment is not received by this date, then registrations will be automatically transferred to the Standard Registration fee. Register HERE.
Student/Postdoc Registration: A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognized tertiary or secondary educational institution (e.g. a university or vocational education), postdoctoral student, or research assistant.Register HERE.
Call for Submissions: We invite submissions of extended abstracts that present recently published work, preliminary results, ongoing research, and demonstrations. Abstracts should be a maximum of two (2) pages for main content, with no page limit for references or supplementary materials, and submitted in PDF format. Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters. We encourage formatting extended abstracts using the standard IEEE format. Call for “Rising Star” Spotlight Talks: This year, we plan to host spotlight talks showcasing the Rising Stars in our community. Early-career faculty, postdocs, and senior graduate students are encouraged to submit short abstracts (up to 2 pages), a video presentation summarizing their work (up to 2 minutes) and a curriculum vitae.
